Refund policy
At Circa, we want you to love your purchase. Because we offer both Circa in-stock items and Simply Circa special-order items sourced from third-party vendors, our return options vary depending on the type of product who/where it ships from.
Summary
• In-stock Circa items: returnable within 10 days for refund, 30 days for credit
• Simply Circa vendor items: some returnable, some final sale — ask us
• Any Sale items, Custom, upholstery, or artwork: final sale
• Damaged deliveries: report within 48 hours
Below is a simple breakdown of what can and cannot be returned.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY OVERVIEW
A) Circa – In-Stock Items
Most in-stock Circa items are eligible for return.
• Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery or pickup — full refund.
• Returns between 11–30 days — store credit.
• No returns after 30 days.
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
• Some categories are final sale (listed below).
B) Simply Circa – Vendor & Special-Order Items
Special-order items are produced or fulfilled specifically for your order. Return eligibility depends on the vendor.
Common rules:
• Some vendor items can be returned
• Some items are not returnable due to vendor restrictions
• Custom, made-to-order, freight-only, or configured items are almost always final sale
To keep it simple:
If a Simply Circa item is eligible for return, the eligibility window is the same as Circa in-stock items (within 10 days for refund / up to 30 days for store credit).
If the vendor does not allow returns, the item will be marked Final Sale at checkout or noted on the product page.

2. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following are final sale:
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Upholstered furniture
• Vendor items marked final sale or non-returnable
• Antiques, one-of-a-kind pieces, and vintage items
• Artwork
• Lighting that has been installed or altered
• Bedding, textiles, and pillows
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
3. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
• Items returned with damage, missing components, odors, or signs of use may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee (if required by vendor)

Some returns must be shipped directly back to the vendor’s warehouse.
• We will provide the correct return address and instructions
• Vendor restocking fees may apply depending on their policies
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• If a refund is approved, outbound shipping and any return-freight fees will be deducted
• For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance
Circa is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during a return shipment.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved returns within 10 days are refunded to the original payment method
• Approved returns 11–30 days are issued as store credit
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to post after approval
If the item is rejected due to damage, signs of use, or missing packaging, we will notify you.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the item and packaging
• Save all materials until the claim is resolved
Vendor-fulfilled items may require vendor approval for replacement. We will assist with this process.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible, please complete a return and place a new order.
