SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Circa Interiors & Antiques. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver both Circa in-stock items and Simply Circa special-order items fulfilled through our approved vendors and marketplace partners.
Disclaimer: Our industry doesn't work like Amazon Prime. It takes time to turn a house into a home. Our products are sourced from a curated network of vendors, many of whom produce items specifically for your order. Lead times vary, and delivery estimates are provided as a guide rather than a guarantee. PROCESSING TIME
Circa In-Stock Items
• Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 3-5 business days.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• During high-volume periods, processing times may extend. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you.
Simply Circa Special-Order Items
• Processing and lead times vary by vendor.
• Items may ship directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment partner.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal and shipping address.
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground)
Most small-to-medium items ship via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Rates:
• Orders up to $100 — $9
• $101–$250 — $19
• $251–$500 — $29
• $501–$750 — $39
• $751–$1,000 — $49
• $1,001–$1,500 — $59
• $1,501–$2,000 — $79
• Over $2,000 — $99 flat (or vendor-calculated freight)
Freight, White-Glove & Oversized Deliveries
Large furniture, lighting, mirrors, and fragile pieces may require freight or white-glove service.
• These shipments may carry additional fees.
• Delivery partners may contact you to schedule a delivery window.
• Difficult access locations may incur extra charges.
There is a $195 minimum shipping charge for orders containing an item that must ship via Freight Carrier.
When freight shipments are ready to be delivered, the carrier will call to schedule your delivery. You can reschedule this appointment before the delivery date, but if you don't reschedule and miss your appointment, you will be billed $150. If you miss your delivery appointment again, you will be billed $250 for each subsequent missed delivery attempt.
If you need to delay the delivery of a freight shipment, you can do so for up to 15 days after the shipment arrives at the carrier's delivery terminal with no additional charge. After 15 days, Circa will assess a storage fee of $5/day. This applies to each unique shipment so if you are storing multiple shipments at once, the $5/day is per shipment based on when each shipment arrived at the carrier's delivery terminal.
The estimated lead time on each product page shows the estimated delivery time with Curbside shipping. We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Our Concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order or you can reach out to us at info@circainteriors.com to confirm before placing your order. Our concierge will also provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited options may be available upon request. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.
SIMPLY CIRCA VENDOR-FULFILLED ORDERS
Special-order items from Simply Circa ship directly from our third-party vendors or marketplace partners. Shipping times, packaging methods, and carriers vary by vendor.
Because these items are fulfilled externally:
• Delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed
• Multiple items in one order may arrive separately
• Some items may have extended lead times due to production or freight conditions
If a vendor notifies us of delays or backorders, we will contact you promptly.
SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A physical address is required for delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Vendor-fulfilled orders may have different tracking formats depending on the carrier used.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Circa is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to international shipments. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
We take great care in packing and selecting shipping partners, but transit issues can occur.
If your item arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of all packaging
• Your order number
Freight Deliveries & Proof of Delivery
For freight shipments, customers are responsible for inspecting packaging and contents at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery or Bill of Lading before signing. Carriers rely on this documentation when reviewing claims. If delivery paperwork is signed without notes, the carrier may deny responsibility for damage.
For Simply Circa items, damage claims may require coordination with the vendor or freight carrier. Circa will assist you with the process.
Claims reported after the required window may not qualify for replacement.
Lost Packages
If a carrier confirms a package as lost, we will assist in filing a claim and provide next steps.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International freight is available on select items and may require a custom quote. Restrictions vary by item type, vendor, and destination.
