  • Initial Contact by a Lux Designer: Within 24 hours of your consultation purchase, a skilled Lux designer will contact you. This initial communication is aimed at discussing your preferences, the style you’re envisioning, the room where the lamp shade will be placed, and any other specific requirements or inspirations you might have.
  • Customization and Design Discussion: During the consultation, our designer will guide you through various options including styles, materials, fittings, and sizes. We’ll consider factors like your room's decor, the purpose of the lamp, and your personal style to offer suggestions that align with your vision.
  • Application of Consultation Fee to Your Order: After the consultation, when you are ready to place your order for a lamp shade within the next 30 days, we will apply the $100 consultation fee towards your purchase. This approach makes our consultation a valuable investment towards customizing your ideal lamp shade.
  • Finalize Your Lamp Shade Order: Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll proceed with the creation of your custom lamp shade. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that the final product is not just a lamp shade, but a piece of art that enhances your space.

Shipping

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (in-stock items). Special-order items have varying lead times and may ship directly from vendors. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Large or fragile items may require freight or white-glove delivery.

Most small-to-medium items ship via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO. Tracking is sent once your order ships.

Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos.
