Shipping
Orders ship within 2–3 business days (in-stock items). Special-order items have varying lead times and may ship directly from vendors. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Large or fragile items may require freight or white-glove delivery.
Most small-to-medium items ship via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO. Tracking is sent once your order ships.
Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos.
